Invested

Today's Rest Day was not only perfectly timed because of the downpour going on when I got up but also because we scheduled 'date days' with the kids! Those days are always awesome, rain or shine, but that it happened on a rainy day when Pit Crew #2 and I had lots of indoor plans, well, what more could we have asked for!

I had a day chock full of good. Really good. It was a better investment than any run I've ever done, just sayin'.

I hope you had a day full of good! One more Rest Day is on the books for tomorrow! I think I need a wee recovery from a whole lotta fun, so, again, it's well timed! Take some time to do something that makes your heart bubble over, I'll check in from there before hitting the roads Saturday!
