A very special than you to Lizzy for embracing the true spirit of Rest Day today while I went on with the normal day!
It wasn't too restful for me, but I'm not complaining. (But, I am tired!) I'm back at it tomorrow ... so's the pooch! We'll check in and see report the run in the morning!
