So, on this Rest Day, this is what my dog is doing:

There's more to the story than this, but it's not coherently formulated. So, for right now, the bottom line is I have an idea to try and use running in a way that benefits local charity. Many details need to be figured out, and the more I think, the more I get excited. The more excited I get, the more that gets in the way of a logical thought process. Details to come, so, I'll leave it at that for now while I try to unravel my brain! See you after the morning run!
