It was a water bottle double-fist kind of morning ...
We survived the thick humidity which was actually easier than figuring out how to best get around the unleashed German Sheppard walking with its owner who insisted on holding its leash (sigh -- dogs don't like to chase moving/running things or anything ...). We saw bunnies playing, and we even found 35 cents on a route unlikely to produce much of anything. We ran hard when we ran and, one time, we forgot to get back to running after a walk break, so we had one long break instead of two short ones.
A lot can happen in three miles. And, it was all good.
Tomorrow's another outing; I'll check back in with what comes of it!
