It's really cold out. And, for as much as I celebrate the cold and usually thoroughly enjoy it, well, I think I'm about cold-ed out. I think I've sucked so much of the cold goodness from the atmosphere that it is now chilling my bones! A few more mornings of cold are on deck, though. So, tomorrow's run won't be about the physical effort -- it'll be about getting past the cold!

Lots of work is getting packed into this Rest Day, so it's time to get back to it! The pooch and I will see you after the morning run!
