'Nuff Said

I got myself up earlier than I wanted this morning, logged my five miles in what is close to my own record time (I didn't have Elly with me much to her chagrin) and found a penny along the way. It was a really good run and I'm proud of it, but once I stumbled upon this on the internet (here), every word I have to say about today fell out of my head because it was just that fabulous:
